Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and goods.
Store items properly to prevent damage and ensure easy accessibility.
Issue materials as per authorized requisitions.
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual registers or inventory management software.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and stock reports.
