Key Responsibilities

• Assembly Register & Documentation:

  • Update the assembly register daily: record batch numbers, quantities used in production, and scrap or rework.

  • Ensure all goods‑in/goods‑out documents (GRNs, invoices, issue slips) are correctly stamped and filed.

• Weights & Measures:

  • Use weight of raw material to verify material weights; reconcile any discrepancies.

• Stores Housekeeping:

  • Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety norms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years as a storekeeper or inventory clerk in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of weights and measures.

  • Comfortable using manual register and excel.

• Personal Attributes:

  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi.

  • Self‑starter who can work independently and follow up consistently.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Comfortable standing and walking in a factory environment.
