📦🏬 Store Keeping Executive

Location: Warehouse / Store / Office

🎯 Role Overview

📦 Manage daily store operations & inventory
🗂 Maintain proper stock records & material flow
🎯 Ensure accuracy in stock handling & reporting
🤝 Coordinate with purchase, sales & operations teams

📦 Inventory & Stock Management

📊 Maintain stock register (inward & outward)
📦 Receive, check & store materials properly
🔄 Monitor stock levels & avoid shortages
🧾 Update inventory in system / Excel
⚠️ Identify damaged/expired items and report

🚚 Material Handling & Dispatch

📥 Handle goods inward & outward entries
📦 Prepare materials for dispatch as per requirement
🏷️ Label, pack & organize stock efficiently
🚛 Coordinate with transport/logistics team
📋 Ensure proper documentation of all movements

🗂️ Documentation & Reporting

📑 Maintain GRN, invoices & stock reports
💻 Data entry in Excel / inventory software
📊 Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
🔍 Conduct physical stock verification
🧾 Maintain audit-ready records

🎓 Eligibility

📚 Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
🕒 Experience: Freshers & experienced can apply
💻 Basic computer knowledge (Excel required)
📦 Experience in store/warehouse preferred
