Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Executive – Site Incharge with a civil engineering background to handle on-site execution and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities and ensuring timely project updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and construction work
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to plans
Ensure quality and safety standards at site
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports
Visit project sites regularly for monitoring and updates
Maintain site documentation and records

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
2–4 years of experience in site execution
Good knowledge of civil works
Willing to travel to project sites
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills
