3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services based on client requirements and feedback.
4. Market Research & Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Provide feedback to the product and technical teams for service enhancements.
Prepare detailed reports on business performance, sales metrics, and forecasts.
5. Collaboration & Communication
Partner with marketing teams to develop campaigns, sales collateral, and outreach strategies.
Conduct presentations, demos, and client workshops to showcase the company’s software capabilities.
Work closely with project managers to align client expectations with project delivery timelines.
