Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Store Incharge

Department: Store
Reporting To: Production Manager

Job Purpose

To manage the store by maintaining stock of raw materials, electronic components, and finished goods, and to ensure timely issue of materials to production.

Key Responsibilities

Receive materials and verify quantity and quality.
Maintain stock records in Excel or ERP.
Issue materials to production as per requirement.
Keep proper records of inward and outward materials.
Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase department when stock is low.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Maintain proper storage and housekeeping of the store.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
Ensure all store documents are updated and properly maintained.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Knowledge of MS Excel.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Qualification

Graduate or Diploma holder.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in a store, preferably in an electronics manufacturing company.
