Job Guide – Store In charge

Position: Store In charge

Working Hours:

·         Total working hours: 10 hours per day

Shift Timing:

1.      1st Shift: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM

2.      2nd Shift: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM

Weekly Working:

·         One day in a week you will need to work alone for 12 hours in the store.

Weekly Off:

·         You will get 4 weekly offs in a month.

·         Weekly off can be taken on Saturday or Sunday (as per store requirement and approval).

Training Process:

·         The company provides 3 days of training free of cost.

·         After completing the training, you will need to visit the Head Office for the final interview.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage store operations.

·         Maintain stock and material records.

·         Handle store opening and closing.

·         Ensure proper management of store items.       

Note:

·         The employee must follow all company rules and maintain discipline during working hours.
