Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations.
Maintain stock and inventory records.
Handle store opening and closing activities.
Assist customers in a professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Follow company policies and discipline.
Ensure proper stock management and record keeping.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
Basic Computer.
Basic communication skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of retail/store operations is an added advantage.Working Schedule

Working Hours: 10 Hours per Day.
Shift Timings:
08:00 AM – 06:00 PM
10:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Weekly Off: 4 Weekly Offs per Month (Saturday/Sunday as per store requirement).
One Day per Week: 12 Hours Duty (Single Store Handling).

Training Process

3 Days Paid Training Provided.
Date of Joining (DOJ) will be considered from the first day of training.
After successful completion of training, the final interview will be conducted at the Head Office.
