Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain proper storage and stock organization.
Issue materials to departments as per authorized requisitions.
Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory records.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits.
Coordinate with Purchasing/Procurement department for replenishment.
Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO practices where applicable.
Monitor expiry dates of food, beverage, and chemical items.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of store areas.
Prevent stock loss, damage, pilferage, and wastage.
Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
Coordinate with Accounts for inventory reconciliation.
