Job Description

Job Brief

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store In Charge to manage store operations at our manufacturing unit dealing in Handicrafts made of Brass, Aluminium & Stainless Steel.

The candidate will be responsible for handling all material movement including inward and outward entries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and timely reporting of goods movement to management. The role requires strong coordination skills and hands-on knowledge of documentation and reporting.

Role & responsibilities

Manage complete store operations including inward & outward material entries

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation

Monitor and control material movement within and outside the company

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly goods movement reports

Process purchase bills and coordinate with accounts department

Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, challans, and stock registers

Ensure stock availability as per production requirements

Communicate effectively with production, purchase, and management teams

Draft and respond to official emails professionally

Maintain proper filing and documentation system

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum B.Com Graduate

02+ years experience as Store In Charge (preferably in Metal / Manufacturing Industry)

Strong knowledge of Inventory Management

Good mathematical and analytical skills

Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
