Retail Sales Store Incharge

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Incharge with a background in F&B restaurants or retail to manage the day-to-day operations of our Karol Bagh outlet. The candidate should have strong knowledge of retail operations, customer service, team handling, inventory management, and the ability to contribute towards retail sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.

• Handle and supervise store staff, service team, and counter operations.

• Ensure smooth customer service and maintain high service standards.

• Monitor daily sales, targets, billing, and overall store performance.

• Work on strategies to increase retail sales, repeat customers, and outlet revenue.

• Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Monitor stock movement, wastage, expiry, and product availability.

• Ensure proper display, merchandising, and presentation of retail products.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, expenses, and daily store activities.

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company SOPs.

• Coordinate with the kitchen, management, and other teams for smooth operations.

• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency and profitability.

• Support promotional activities and initiatives aimed at increasing retail footfall and sales.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in F&B Retail / Restaurant / Café / QSR / Food Store operations.

• Strong understanding of retail sales and outlet operations.

• Experience in team handling and inventory management.

• Good understanding of sales growth, customer retention, and store performance.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.

• Candidates with experience in growing retail business or improving outlet sales will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
