We are looking for a Store Incharge to join our team at Precision Bright Steel Industries to assist our shop floor, provide product information, process transactions, and monthly consumable purchase. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, inventory of machine spares, oils, stationary items and delivering excellent service to the shop floor . The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet shop floor and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
Provide accurate information on available stocks, features, and after-sales services.
Cross-sell products and inform shop floor about availability of stocks .
Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.
Coordinate with the production team for seamless shop floor service and collect requirements the from the production team.
Stay updated on new stocks and services.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
