Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Issue materials against approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and preservation of materials.
Maintain GRN, issue slips, transfer notes, and other store documentation.
Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and expired stock.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments.
Supervise store staff and allocate daily work.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
Prepare inventory and stock reports for management.
Use ERP/WMS or inventory software for stock transactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in stores/warehouse operations.
Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to supervise a team and maintain accurate records.
