Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, material handling, and stock maintenance. The candidate will ensure proper storage, documentation, and timely availability of materials required for project/site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage store inventory and stock records.
Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantity and quality as per purchase orders.
Maintain proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock registers.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials in the store.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or re-order requirements.
Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams for material requirements.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store area.
Handle material dispatch and inward/outward entries.
Conduct periodic stock verification and audits.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field).
Knowledge of inventory management and store documentation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP / inventory software.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in construction materials handling.
Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
Ability to work in site or warehouse environment.
