JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Inventory Coordinator

Reporting Structure: Reports to CSC (Customer Service Center) Manager

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for maintaining and storing inventory at CSC location

• Coordinate with warehouse and technicians to ensure optimal inventory norms are maintained

• Ensure defective material is returned to warehouse as per the SOP (standard operating procedure)

• Physically go and deliver spares to technician and customer locations to manage escalations

• Analyse and prepare the ST (Service Technician) tool kit to maximize the first visit call closure

• Accountable and responsible for the maintenance and proper upkeep of the inventory

• Responsible for on time GRN (Goods Received Notes) activities for inwarding inventory material

• Coordinate with warehouse and SCM (Supply chain management) team for MSR (More Spares required) and rolling forecast (Rofo).

Skills Required:

• Effective communication skills

• Local language: Read, Write & Speak

• English or Hindi: Read, Write & Speak

• Must have a bike to assist STs as & when required

Education & Experience Required:

• 2-3 years of experience in inventory management/ warehouse

• Education background is min. Graduate degree

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
