Mahir Enterprises is hiring a Shift Incharge for its Amazon Now Dark Store located at Badkhal Village, Near Sector 48, Faridabad. We are looking for a responsible and proactive candidate who can manage daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth execution of all shift activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day dark store operations.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse/store staff during assigned shifts.

Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement.

Maintain operational efficiency and productivity targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.

Handle shift reports and maintain operational records.

Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.

Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the store.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in warehouse, dark store, logistics, retail operations, or team handling will be preferred.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with mobile applications.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
