Store Incharge

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage daily operations at our laundry shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the store's workflow, customer interactions, inventory management, and coordination with the factory/delivery teams to ensure timely service.

Manage customer walk-ins, pickups, and drop-offs.

Maintain proper records of orders, payments, and delivery timelines.

Inspect garments during intake and raise quality concerns if any.

Coordinate with the factory team for processing, tagging, and status updates.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Track and report missing/damaged items and initiate necessary actions.

Manage and update inventory of detergents, packing materials, and supplies.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store premises.
