Job Title: Senior Store Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Senior Store Executive to manage store operations, including billing, inventory, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in retail or store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer billing, POS operations, and daily cash reconciliation.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, inward & outward products, and stock audits.

• Provide excellent customer service—assist walk-in customers, explain product features, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards.

• Coordinate with the sales and backend team for stock requirements and order updates.

• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail/store operations.

• Strong communication and customer handling skills.

• Familiarity with POS systems, billing software, and basic Excel.

• Good understanding of premium products (Apple accessories preferred).

• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented.

• Ability to manage store independently.
