Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory at all times.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
Verify and inspect the quality and quantity of received goods.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and purchase department for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of materials.
Update stock management software or registers on a daily basis.
Issue materials to departments as per approved requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store/warehouse area.
