Job Description – Store Manager

Company Overview

Elton Marketing India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager to manage end-to-end store and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in inventory management, stock control, dispatch coordination, and team supervision while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store and warehouse operations efficiently.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MS Excel.

• Supervise inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.

• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Accounts departments for smooth operations.

• Prepare and maintain GRN, Stock Registers, Material Issue Slips, and Inventory Reports.

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize inventory losses.

• Plan and coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.

• Lead, train, and monitor store staff for efficient operations.

• Maintain proper housekeeping, safety standards, and statutory compliance within the store.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while maintaining 100% documentation accuracy.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).

• Certification in Store, Inventory, or Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in Store/Warehouse Management.

• Candidates with experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Trading, or Distribution industries will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
