Key Responsibilities :
Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of project materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Handle inward and outward material entries and documentation.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely procurement of materials.
Verify material quantities and specifications as per purchase orders and delivery challans.
Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and site teams for material requirements.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Track material movement and minimize material loss or wastage.
Required Skills :
Knowledge of materials related to HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV/Networking, Plumbing, and MEP projects.
Basic understanding of inventory management and store operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Incharge, Store Executive, or Store Assistant in an engineering, construction, or MEP company.
Familiarity with project material handling and inventory control.
Experience with ERP or inventory management software will be an added advantage.
