Key Responsibilities
Store Operations: Manage daily store activities, opening/closing, billing, cash handling, and ensure smooth operations.
Sales & Customer Service: Achieve sales targets, improve customer experience, and handle customer complaints.
Team Management: Supervise store executives, cashiers, and promoters; manage attendance, shifts, productivity, and discipline.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, replenishment, expiry dates, FIFO, and minimize wastage and shrinkage.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure proper product display, pricing, shelf arrangement, and promotional activities.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards within the store.
Reporting: Track daily sales, stock movement, attendance, and store performance; submit reports to the reporting manager.
