Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor stock levels and place orders for timely replenishment. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations. Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures. Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store. Ensure efficient storage, receiving, and dispatch of materials. Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards. Coordinate with suppliers for smooth delivery of stock. Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage store personnel. Create work schedules and conduct performance reviews. Address employee conflicts and provide coaching. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and maintain reports on inventory and staff performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
