Store Incharge

We are looking for a store in-charge to join our team at Akhand Hypermec Pvt Ltd to assist in managing daily store operations, controlling inventory, leading and supervising staff, maintaining stock levels, ensuring safety procedures, and coordinating with internal teams . Key skills for this role are strong leadership, organisational skills, and expertise in inventory management.

Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor stock levels and place orders for timely replenishment. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations. Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures. Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store. Ensure efficient storage, receiving, and dispatch of materials. Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards. Coordinate with suppliers for smooth delivery of stock. Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage store personnel. Create work schedules and conduct performance reviews. Address employee conflicts and provide coaching. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and maintain reports on inventory and staff performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, such as retail management or store operations. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
