We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Incharge to lead operations at our Ajmal Perfumes store in Dimapur. The ideal candidate will oversee daily store activities, ensure exceptional customer experience, and drive sales performance while maintaining Ajmal’s premium retail standards.
Oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
Maintain store ambience, hygiene, product display, and visual merchandising as per Ajmal standards.
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with warehouse/HO.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and security protocols.
Drive sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling/cross-selling.
Ensure premium customer service and resolve escalations promptly.
Monitor customer footfall, conversion, and ensure repeat customer engagement.
Supervise and guide store staff to achieve KPIs.
Conduct daily briefings, allocate tasks, and build team motivation.
Identify training needs and support capability building.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.
Handle billing, cash management, and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with audit guidelines and documentation.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in retail (preferably perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury).
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead teams and manage store operations independently.
Good knowledge of sales metrics, inventory handling, and POS systems.
Pleasant personality with a passion for fragrance retail.
Prior experience with luxury/perfume brands will be an advantage.
Local candidates from Dimapur/Nagaland preferred.
