Retail Sales Store Helper

We are looking for a Screen Printer to join our team at Shree Swami Samarth Printers to produce high-quality prints on paper, fabric, plastic, and other materials. The role involves preparing screens, mixing inks, operating screen printing machines, and ensuring excellent print quality. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 and an opportunity to work in a professional printing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual or automatic screen printing machines.

• Prepare screens, stencils, and artwork for printing jobs.

• Mix and match ink colors according to design specifications.

• Print on various materials such as paper, fabric, plastic, acrylic, and promotional products.

• Inspect printed products for color accuracy, alignment, and print quality.

• Clean and maintain screens, squeegees, printing machines, and other equipment after production.

• Troubleshoot printing issues and make machine adjustments to maintain production quality.

• Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of assigned orders.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is Below 10th .

• 1–6+ years of experience in screen printing, printing press operations, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with manual or automatic screen printing machines is preferred.

• Knowledge of screen preparation, ink mixing, color matching, stencil making, and print registration is essential.

• Good attention to detail, color accuracy, and quality standards.

• Ability to work independently, meet production deadlines, and handle multiple print jobs efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
