Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Sales

Attend customers visiting the shop.
Explain products and prices.
Weigh products accurately.
Keep the shop clean and well organized.

2. Packing

Pack herbal powders in 1 kg packets.
Seal and label the packets properly.
Check weight before packing.
Maintain cleanliness during packing.

3. Order Dispatch

Pack customer orders in boxes for courier or transport.
Prepare dispatch labels.
Ensure products are packed safely to avoid damage during transport.
Coordinate with courier and transport agencies.

4. Outside Office Work

Visit courier offices.
Book transport for customer orders.
Collect parcels or documents.
Purchase small office or packing materials when required.
Visit banks or other offices if instructed.

5. Stock Handling

Arrange products on shelves.
Inform supervisor when stock is low.
Help in stock counting and inventory checking.

6. Housekeeping

Keep the shop, packing area, and store clean.
Maintain hygiene while handling herbal products.
