Retail Sales Store Helper

We are looking for a Retail helper to join our team Sagar sarbat wala & icecream (VM sagar foods pvt ltd) to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and handles customer, The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and services

• Provide accurate information on pricing and services

• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage inventory

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is fresher to 1 year Experience Range. The responsibility includes achieving Goods customer service,excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures, Good speaking, Cleaning the shop, No tobacco consumption,

Requirement is of both branch

Main branch and Satellite chowck branch

--- કામની સ્પીડ, ચોકસાઈ, ટાઈમ ડિસિપ્લિન ચેક કરવું..

--- એટીટ્યુડ ટેસ્ટ >ઓર્ડર ફોલો કરે છે કે નહીં ?

ખરાબ એટીટ્યુડ / આર્ગ્યુમેન્ટ = વોર્નિંગ

3. .. એમ્પ્લોય રૂલ્સ ( કર્મચારી ના નિયમો)

---5 વાર લેટ = 1 હાફ દિવસ કટ..

--- કામ ટાઈમે મોબાઈલ નહીં વાપરવાનો..

—- ફાકી ખાવી નહીં

--- ચોકસાઈ પૂરેપૂરી રાખવાની..

--- રોજ સવારે ચેક લિસ્ટ પ્રમાણે સ્ટોક મેળ કરીને whatsapp કરવાનો.. અને દુકાન બંધ કરે ત્યારે સ્ટોક ચેક કરીને whatsapp કરવો..

--- એક વીકમાં 1 રાજા આવશે જે શનિવાર અને રવિવાર સિવાયની રાખવાની રહેશે.. અને એ રજામાં નાઇટમાં આવવાનું રહેશે જેનો ટાઈમિંગ 10:00 થી 1:00 વાગ્યા સુધીનો રહેશે..

--- જો આખા દિવસનો માણસ રાખેલ હોય તો અને

તે અડધો દિવસ રજા રાખે તો તે ડબલ શિફ્ટ પ્રમાણે પગાર કેલ્ક્યુલેશન થશે.. 10:00 થી 5 ( 1 શિફ્ટ ) 5 થી 1 ( 2 શિફ્ટ )

--- અને જેને રજા રાખી છે અને એ રજા રિકવર કરવી છે તો તેને કમ્પલસરી નાઈટ શિફ્ટમાં રિકવર કરી શકાશે..

--- દુકાન પર જે સૂચના દેવામાં આવે તે ફોલો કરવાની રહેશે..

--- જો કોઈ કારણોસર બીજી બ્રાન્ચ ઉપર મોકલવામાં આવે તો જાવાનું રહેશે..

--- ઉપાડ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં..

——સંપૂર્ણ શિફ્ટ સવારે ૧૦:૦૦ થી ૧:૦૦ રાતના વાગ્યા સુધી (2 કલાક લંચ બ્રેક 1 કલાક ડિનર બ્રેક)

——અડધી શિફ્ટ સવારે ૧૦:૦૦ થી ૬:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી (2 કલાક લંચ બ્રેક)

——અડધી શિફ્ટ સાંજે ૬:૦૦ થી ૧:૦૦ વાગ્યા રાતના સુધી (1 કલાક ડિનર બ્રેક)

4. Incentive & Performance System

( એક્સ્ટા કામ)

—-એક્સ્ટ્રા કલાક = ઓવર ટાઈમ (base rate ÷ 8 × hours) આ ખાલી તહેવાર ઉપર લાગુ પડે..

—-તહેવાર ની રજા ઉપર આવે તો એ દિવસે એકસ્ટ્રા પગાર મળસે ( આખો/અડધો દિવસ)

—એક વર્ષ પછી ૫% પગાર વધારો મળશે

—દિવાળી નું બોનસ પગાર નો ચોથો ભાગ મળસે ( ૧ વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થયા પછી)

5. Holiday( રજાઓ)

—રજા પાડવાની હોય તો ૨૪ કલાક પેલા જાણ કરવી પડશે નહીંતર રજા નહીં મળે અથવા પગાર કાપવામાં આવશે

6. Exit process ( છોડવા માટે)

--- 1 મહિના અગાઉ જાણ કરવી જો જાણ ન કરે તો એ મહિનાનો પગાર આપવામાં નહીં આવે.
