We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Store Helper to join our team at Sagar Sarbatvala & Icecream. The role involves assisting shoppers, providing product information, processing transactions, promoting sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can manage responsibilities efficiently and contribute to store growth.

💼 Salary Details:

• Full Shift In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

• Half Shift In-hand Salary: ₹6,500 – ₹7,000 per month

⏰ Shift Timings:

• Full Shift: 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM

• 2-hour lunch break

• 1-hour dinner break

• Half Shift (Morning): 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• 2-hour lunch break

• Half Shift (Evening): 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

• 1-hour dinner break

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure shelves and racks are properly stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Coordinate with team members for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th

• Experience: 0 – 0.5 years

• Good communication skills
