Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Receive, process, and track customer orders accurately.

  • Dispatch Coordination: Prepare and dispatch orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and assist in restocking.

  • Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and billing.

  • Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain logs of orders, dispatches, and stock movements.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent

  • Prior experience in retail or store handling preferred

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software)

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
