Store Helper

We are looking for a Store Helper to join our team at Mangalam Steel Corporation. This role involves mange stock, Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹16000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics & Material Handling:

  • Perform little bit loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing materials and stock.

  • Execute packaging and labeling of materials to ensure safe transit.

• Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain the stock and overall Godown (warehouse) area.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.

• Administrative & Data Entry:

  • Process and accurately enter purchase entries (data entry) into the system.

  • Assist with general office tasks and record-keeping as needed.

• Facility Maintenance:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of both the Godown and the Office premises.

• General:

  • Ensure punctuality and a flexible approach to working hours as required by operational needs.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Proven physical capability for handling materials.

• Basic computer literacy for data entry (purchase entries).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and highly flexible in adapting to work schedules.

• Driving 2 Wheeler with licence. (Scooter available in company)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Proficiency in Managing Delivery, 2 Wheeler Driving is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
