We are looking for a Florist to join our team at K.G.N Florist. The position requires preparing flower arrangements, bouquets, and decorations according to customer requirements. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹6,000 - ₹11,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare attractive bouquets and flower arrangements.
Select and arrange fresh flowers according to customer requirements.
Handle flower cutting, wrapping, and packaging.
Create flower arrangements for birthdays, weddings, festivals, and other occasions.
Maintain freshness and quality of flowers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable flowers and arrangements.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the flower shop.
Manage basic flower and decoration material stock.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Basic knowledge of flowers, bouquet making, decoration, and customer handling is preferred. Candidates should be creative, hardworking, and comfortable working with fresh flowers.
