1 Customer Orientation
Interact professionally with guests to provide excellent customer service.
Handle special customer requests with care and ensure clear communication to the relevant team members.
2 Food Safety
Strictly adhere to the company’s food safety guidelines and service standards.
Ensure all food handling, preparation, and storage meet 100% compliance with safety protocols.
3 Hygiene & Cleanliness
Maintain personal hygiene and follow the restaurant’s cleanliness standards at all times.
Participate in regular cleaning routines to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
4 Grooming
Wear the provided uniform neatly and maintain it in clean, presentable condition throughout all shifts.
Follow the grooming standards as outlined by the company policy.
5 Training
Undergo hands-on training during operational hours with guidance from a buddy manager.
Learn all operational tasks and responsibilities through real-time practice and supervision.
6 Weekoff
Weekly 1 off, between Mon-Fri. Any speacial requests on Weekends, he/she will be required to provide a intimation.
Plus a double payment for OT. Plus double payment on National Holidays Eg Republic Day, Independence day.
