Key Responsibilities – Crew Member | McDonald’s
Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS billing system.
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Pack and serve orders accurately and within the required service time.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, counters, and equipment.
Refill stock and ensure ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies are available.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
Follow company policies, food safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Support inventory management and minimize food waste.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and teamwork.
