About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our Bakingo outlet in Indirapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and ensuring a delightful in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store
Ensure proper display and replenishment of products
Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team for order fulfillment
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively
Support in inventory management and stock tracking

Requirements:

0–3 years of experience in retail, QSR, or customer service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
Presentable personality with a positive attitude
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

Experience in bakery, food, or retail industry
Customer handling and upselling skills
Team player with a proactive approach

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
Incentives based on performance
