Store Helper

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Store Helper to assist with inventory handling, stock maintenance, and cleanliness of the footwear store. The role supports smooth daily operations and ensures a clean, organized, and customer-friendly shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Handling:

• Receive and arrange footwear stock in the store and stockroom

• Organize and maintain footwear inventory properly

• Assist in stock counting and inventory checks

• Ensure correct placement of shoes according to size, brand, and category

• Report damaged, missing, or low stock to the store supervisor

Store Cleanliness & Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness of the store floor, shelves, racks, and storage areas

• Keep shoe displays neat and well-organized at all times

• Dispose of waste and packaging materials properly

• Ensure a tidy and safe working environment

Store Support Duties:

• Assist sales staff when required (bringing sizes, restocking shelves, etc.)

• Help customers locate footwear or sizes when needed

• Follow store policies and safety guidelines

Requirements & Skills:

• Basic understanding of store operations and inventory handling

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Punctual, honest, and responsible

• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Working Conditions:

• Retail store environment

• May require standing for extended hours

• Shift-based work including weekends or holidays
