Retail Sales Store Helper

We are looking for a Shop Helper / Packing & Dispatch Assistant to join our team at AVDH Aromas. The role involves assisting with day-to-day shop and office work, maintaining cleanliness, packing customer orders, preparing shipments for dispatch, organizing stock, and helping with general operational tasks.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, willing to learn, and comfortable handling different types of physical and routine shop/office work. The role offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary with opportunities to learn and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the shop, office, packing area, shelves, and workspace.

• Pack customer orders carefully and correctly as per instructions.

• Assist with labelling, sealing, sorting, and preparing parcels for courier dispatch.

• Arrange and organize products, cartons, stock, bottles, and packing materials.

• Help with moving, loading, and unloading products and packages when required.

• Check products and quantities before packing and report any shortage, damage, or mismatch.

• Keep shelves, storage areas, and packing materials properly arranged.

• Assist with basic office work such as sorting documents, printing labels, arranging invoices, and preparing courier paperwork.

• Hand over parcels to courier or delivery personnel.

• Move items between the shop, office, packing area, or storage area when required.

• Assist with stock counting and general inventory-related work.

• Help the team with other day-to-day operational tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

The minimum requirement for this role is the ability to read basic English, including product names, customer names, addresses, labels, and simple instructions.

Previous experience is not mandatory, although experience in packing, warehouse work, shop assistance, dispatch, office assistance, or similar work will be an advantage.
