JD Store Executive

A Store Executive manages day-to-day retail or warehouse operations, focusing on inventory control, stock replenishment, and staff supervision to drive sales and efficiency. Key duties include handling inward/outward goods, maintaining accurate records, ensuring store cleanliness, and providing customer service. They often bridge procurement, sales, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping (e.g., using SAP or Excel).

· Operations & Logistics: Handle incoming/outgoing shipments, manage supplier relations, and process vendor payments.

· Sales Support: Drive sales targets, manage cash registers, and ensure proper product display.

· Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and schedule store staff.

· Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and security protocols.
