Role Summary:

Ensures proper stock management, documentation, supply tracking, and kitchen inventory coordination.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, and record daily stock materials

  • Maintain accurate inward/outward registers

  • Track consumption, wastage, reorder levels & stock discrepancies

  • Ensure timely supply of raw materials to the kitchen

  • Coordinate with vendors, kitchen teams, and management

  • Maintain clean and organized storage areas

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years inventory/store experience in hospitality

  • Strong documentation and stock management ability
