• Maintain and monitor stock levels, receipts, issues, and returns of materials.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in the store.

• Prepare and maintain inventory records in software or manual registers.

• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation with system records.

• Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for material requirements.

• Manage goods inward and outward entries with proper documentation.

• Ensure timely dispatch of materials and maintain delivery records.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and inventory reports.

• Support audit and compliance requirements related to inventory and materials.
