Store Executive

Key responsibilities

• Inventory and stock management:

  • Receive and process incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders for accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.

  • Ensure proper storage, preservation, and organization of all materials.

  • Prepare and manage documents like Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and Material Return Notes (MRNs).

• Customer service:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, recommend products, and provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

• Daily operations and staff supervision:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Supervise, train, and lead store staff to meet sales and service goals.

  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.

• Reporting and administration:

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.

  • Coordinate with the accounts team to submit invoices and ensure timely payments.
