Store Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Store Executive who will drive in-store sales, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. This role is highly execution-driven and requires strong people interaction, product understanding, and ownership on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Actively engage with walk-in customers and understand their needs

• Drive product discovery, recommendations, and conversions

• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets

• Deliver a high-energy, welcoming, and brand-aligned customer experience

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively

Product Handling & Merchandising

• Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, and ongoing offers

• Ensure products are displayed as per brand guidelines

• Assist in visual merchandising and store upkeep

• Ensure stock is organized, replenished, and easily accessible

Store Operations

• Support billing processes and ensure accuracy

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store presentation

• Assist in stock counts, inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies

• Follow store SOPs, processes, and compliance guidelines

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with store team and manager to achieve daily targets

• Take feedback positively and improve performance

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude on the floor

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in retail sales / customer-facing roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach

• High energy, presentable, and confident personality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
