Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Store to assist with the daily operations of the store department. The role involves handling inward and outward material movement, inventory tracking, documentation, and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
> Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
> Issue materials as per production or departmental requirements.

> Update stock levels regularly in ERP or manual records.

>   Perform physical stock verification and reconcile variances.

> Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and production teams.

> Prepare GRNs, store requisitions, and material issue slips.

> Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and stacking of inventory.

> Follow FIFO/LIFO methods for stock rotation where applicable.

> Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
> Good communication and documentation.

> Ability to work independently and in a team.
