Store Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a Store Executive for the Exotica Group of Hotels. The candidate should be responsible, organized, and capable of managing store operations efficiently across our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, inventory, and stock records

• Maintain inward & outward material entries

• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams

• Prepare reports, GRNs, and maintain proper documentation

• Monitor consumption patterns and maintain minimum stock levels

• Ensure timely issuance of materials to concerned departments

• Conduct periodic stock audits

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to maintain accurate records and systematic filing

• Basic understanding of hospitality store management (preferred)

Other Requirement:

• Candidate must have own conveyance

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
