Job Title: Store Executive

Location: Kolkata

Reports to: Store Manager / Operations Head

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Store Executive to manage day-to-day store activities. This includes receiving goods, managing stock, keeping records, and ensuring the store is well-organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and check incoming stock/materials

Maintain records of stock in and out

Arrange and organize items properly in the store

Keep track of inventory levels

Assist in placing orders when stock is low

Prepare basic reports and documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.)

Make sure the store is clean and safe

Support audits and physical stock checks

Packing and despatch materials in road worthy packing

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software)

2–3 years of store or warehouse experience preferred

Good communication and organizational skills

Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-Time
