📌 Job Title: FMCG Store Operator (In-Store Operations Executive)

Location: SuperKirana Store, Advitya Homes, Near Sector 145, Mathura Road, Faridabad – 121004

Department: Store Operations

Reporting To: Backend Team (Head Office)

🎯 Primary Objective:

To manage complete store operations—inventory, POS, customer handling, merchandising, reporting, and backend coordination—ensuring high-margin push, system integrity, and maximum retail profitability under the command of the backend control team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

🧾 1. Billing & POS System Management

Operate POS for fast and accurate billing

Accept and record Cash, UPI, and Card payments separately

Generate Daily Payment Summary with proper segregation

Add/Delete articles in POS (e.g., converting bunch packs to individual packs)

Maintain system accuracy with support from the backend team

Troubleshoot minor POS issues or escalate to backend

📦 2. Stock & Inventory Control

Maintain Opening & Closing Stock Reports every day

Receive, verify, and report incoming stock vs invoices

Raise Stock Orders for replenishment based on MBQ

Maintain accurate real-time stock levels (zero mismatch policy)

Manage expiry, breakage, and returns as per protocol

Coordinate with backend for reorder approvals and item master updates

📊 3. Sales & Reporting

Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) to backend

Share SKU-wise and category-wise sales trends

Report inventory movement and demand patterns weekly

Maintain EOD sales and cash reconciliation without fail

🛍️ 4. Merchandising & Store Display

Ensure high-margin articles are placed in front display areas

Maintain shelf planogram as per backend instructions

Update product labels, shelf talkers, and offers

Keep shelves clean, organized, and fully stocked

🧹 5. Store Cleanliness & Maintenance

Ensure complete cleanliness of floor, racks, billing area

Report any malfunction in lighting, CCTV, AC, music systems

Coordinate with cleaner/peon for daily and deep cleaning

🧠 6. Customer Handling

Greet and assist walk-in customers

Suggest combos or alternatives with better margins

Handle product inquiries or small complaints

Create a warm and fast service experience

🖥️ 7. Backend Coordination & App Support

Work with backend team on:

Online product listing & pricing

POS article master updates

Offer sync and customer data capture

Send photos, report formats, and live data via WhatsApp/email as required

Support backend initiatives for promotions, surveys, or audits

⚙️ Skills & Requirements

12th Pass Minimum (Graduate preferred)

Prior Retail or FMCG Store Experience (6+ months preferred)

Knowledge of POS billing, cash/UPI handling, and inventory software

Fast, accurate, and accountable personality

Basic WhatsApp, Excel & phone usage for backend coordination

10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (with shift break)

1 weekly rotational off (no off on festival/sale days)

💰 Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month
