Job Description:

• Manage all aspects of showroom - Sales, operations including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.

• Manage all aspects of the ecommerce - website/social order fullfillment, shipping tracking, website inventory management.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly

• Maintain an attractive and clean showroom environment that aligns with the brand image.

• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across home decor and gift.

Qualification:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Language: English and Tamil. Hindi is plus

• Good computer skills, good with MS Excel and reporting.

• Location: Sholinganallur, Semmancheri, Chennai
