Job Description

SAP- MIRO/MIGO – FG & RM Inward

Properly store materials in designated areas using FIFO/FEFO methods.

Maintain accurate stock records in manual or SAP.

Issue materials to production or other departments based on Material Requisition Slips (MRS).

Batch wise stock cancellation

Regularly update RM handover checklist and stock sheet.

Conduct physical Vs SAP stock verification in monthly

Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and safe handling of materials.

Report any discrepancies or damaged materials to the supervisor immediately.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.

Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting.

Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Receive and inspect incoming goods for damages and quality compliance.

Ensure all inventory movements are recorded correctly in the system.

Operate forklift, Hand pallet truck, or other material handling equipment

Follow SOPs and safety protocols at all times.
