Store Executive

What you’ll do

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and task allocation.

Maintain stock levels and ensure timely ordering and replenishment.

Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.

Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and hygiene of the store.

Monitor product quality, expiry, and wastage control.

Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent service.

Train and guide store staff on SOPs, policies, and sales techniques.

Ensure store targets are met through effective sales strategies.Role & respon insibilities
