We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team Shree Mahalaxmi Chemicals to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
Ensure timely and accurate product restocking.
Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring items are always available.
Process and track orders and deliveries from suppliers.
Maintain records of sales, returns, and defective items.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Assist in sales promotion activities and in-store displays.
Coordinate with the Store Manager for stock audits and inventory checks.
Generate and analyze store performance reports.
Assist in handling any discrepancies in inventory, sales, or transactions.
