Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records
- Handle stock receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Conduct regular stock audits
Store Operations
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Customer Service (Retail Stores)
- Assist customers with product inquiries
- Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support sales activities
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of purchases, sales, and inventory
- Prepare daily/weekly reports
- Use inventory management software (like ERP systems)
Team Coordination
- Supervise store assistants or helpers
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
